As a WOP Affiliate, your journey is built on three core agreements. Together, they define your role, your benefits, and your route to full ownership:

1. W SAILING Subscription

2. WOP Affiliation Agreement

3. F29 LIFESTYLE Purchase Option

Let’s break each one down:

 

1️⃣ W SAILING Subscription

This is your membership in the W SAILING network — the heart of the program.

Your subscription gives you:

• Access to the W LIFESTYLE fleet

• Unlimited sailing at any destination (based on availability)

• The ability to crew-up, book trips, and live the lifestyle year-round

• Participation in W SAILING events and priority for boat usage

All Affiliates must be active W Sailing subscribers throughout their WOP journey.

W Sailing Subscription Categories:

​

1. NEW Subscribers
   First-time members enjoy deep discounts, especially when they commit for multiple consecutive years.

2. FORMER Subscribers
   Past members who return after at least 2 years of previous participation.

3. WOP Subscribers
   Active W Sailing subscribers who are also WOP Affiliates and are earning equity shares through their Affiliate activity.

2️⃣ WOP Affiliation Agreement

This agreement governs your role as an active WOP Affiliate — the core of how you earn, grow, and eventually own your LIFESTYLE yacht.

It includes:

• Full details on how your commissions are generated

• Clear explanation of how those commissions are converted into SHARES of ownership

• The exact F29 LIFESTYLE Purchase Option to which your earned SHARES are tied

• Operational and behavioral expectations for remaining on-target with your CREW growth​

​This is a straightforward but comprehensive document — written in clear, everyday language — to ensure full transparency and a worry-free journey from the moment you start. It protects your interests while guaranteeing a fair, professional, and mutually beneficial relationship between you and W SAILING.

3️⃣ F29 LIFESTYLE Purchase Option

This is your ownership pathway agreement — the contract that defines the terms for acquiring your very own F29 LIFESTYLE yacht through your earned SHARES.

​

🔹 Key Highlights:

• The yacht price is fixed at 135,000 SHARES

• You begin earning SHARES as soon as you start building your CREW

• Once you reach 75% of ownership (101,250 SHARES), you unlock your Purchase Option

At that point, you choose your path forward:

✅ Option A – Build & Sail away

Instruct FARO YACHTS to begin manufacturing your yacht, and continue earning the final 25% of SHARES until you reach full ownership.
You exchange all accrued SHARES toward your LIFESTYLE yacht — and sail into ownership.

✅ Option B – Cash Out

As you reached 75% of shares, if your situation or goals change, you may exit the program by cashing out the SHARES generated exclusively from your CREW at a rate of $0.50 per SHARE.
Your WOP Affiliation contract is terminated, and your journey is financially rewarded.
