How the Numbers Work
​
To complete your FOP and earn 100% equity (135,000 SHARES), you need to build a CREW of 15 total FARO SAILING active Subscribers, ideally over a 5-year Affiliation.

✅ On average, that means just 1 new Subscriber every 3 months
✅ You don’t have to close the sale — you generate qualified leads
✅ A FARO SAILING representative handles all presentations and enrollment
✅ You receive 50% commission on Subscribers you bring in

A typical ON-TARGET FOP Scenario
Let’s say you stay on track and:

✅ You bring in 15 new FARO SAILING Subscribers over 5 years, 1 every 3 months on average, completing your full crew by the 4th year, and remain active during the 5th and last year
✅ You have built and maintained your full 15-member CREW — the goal for 100% ownership
✅ You earn 50% commissions (converted into SHARES) for your Crew of subscribers

That activity, as is maintained year by year, will earn you the full 135,000 SHARES needed to own your NEW F29 yacht outright by the end of Year 5 while you sail and enjoy your nautical lifestyle with W Sailing from day one.

To count toward your ownership target, each CREW member must remain an active FARO SAILING Subscriber.

Y1 DECKHAND TIER:
​Target: 4 Active Subscribers | 5,500 SHARES Earned (≈ 4% Ownership)
​
Welcome aboard! Your journey toward full yacht ownership begins here — and you’re not alone. As a new FOP Affiliate, you’ll be sailing a shared F29 fleet yacht alongside other FARO SAILING Subscribers, some of whom may also be Affiliates like you, working toward their own ownership goals.
​
Each fleet yacht is shared among 15 total Subscribers. Once a yacht reaches capacity, FARO SAILING launches a new fleet yacht — ensuring smooth growth for all Affiliates and a consistent, premium sailing experience for all W members.
What Happns in Y1?
​
During your Deckhand Tier, your goal is to enroll your first 4 active Subscribers. This can be through friends, connections, or qualified leads. Remember — you don’t need to sell or close the deal; our representatives handle that. Your role is to identify potential members and help them to come on board.
​​
By the end of the year, staying on target should earn you approximately 5,500 SHARES, representing about 4% of your total ownership goal.
Stay the Course
​​
This first step is all about momentum. As your CREW starts forming, your potential grows — and with it, the pace of SHARE accumulation increases. Don't worry if 4% sounds small — it accelerates quickly as your CREW expands and you move up the tiers.

Y2 BOWMAN TIER​
Target: 8 Active Subscribers | 17,500 SHARES Earned (≈ 17% Ownership Total)
​
As you move into your second year as a FOP Affiliate, things begin to accelerate. You’ve already laid the foundation — now it’s time to build your momentum.
With your first 4 Subscribers onboard, your focus shifts to adding 4 new active Subscribers, bringing your total CREW to 8. These can be new personal referrals or leads obtained from your enrolled crew.

The Power of the Split Fleet
​
Once your original shared yacht reaches full capacity (15 Subscribers), FARO SAILING splits and reorganizes the CREWS, assigning each Affiliate and their growing teams to new yachts. This ensures:

How the Numbers Work
​
Each of your active Subscribers pays $499/month (different locations may differ in membership values) as part of their FARO SAILING membership.
From this amount:

50% ($249.50) is converted into commission

Your commission is converted into SHARES, at a 1:1 ratio ($1 = 1 SHARE)

By the end of Year 2, with 8 active Subscribers consistently paying their dues, you will have earned an estimated 17,500 SHARES, bringing your equity to roughly 17% of full yacht ownership (Y1 + Y2).

Y3 GRINDER TIER
Target: 12 active subscribers and 29,500 SHARES.
As an ON-TARGET Affiliate, FARO SAILING will now assign your CREW its fleet yacht. This isn’t symbolic — it’s functional. It means:

You host, connect, and create momentum for new prospects to join

FARO SAILING continues to support you with materials, events, and fersh tactic ideas

Your Goal for Grinder Tier
​
In Year 3, your target is to add 4 more active Subscribers, bringing your total to 12. These can come from:

Friends and contacts you invite

Warm leads you develop from your sailing experiences

Qualified leads referred to you bu your crew members
​
With 12 active Subscribers contributing monthly to FARO SAILING, and your consistent engagement as an Affiliate, you'll earn approximately 29,500 SHARES by the end of Year 3 — representing about 30% of your yacht ownership.

Reminder on the Math
​
Each Subscriber pays $499/month, and 50% of that goes into commissions:​

Y4 TRIMMER TIER:
Target: 15 Active Subscribers | 41,000 SHARES Earned (≈ 45% Ownership Total)

You’re no longer just building a CREW — you’re leading one.
As a Trimmer, your role shifts from recruiting to refining. You're close to full CREW status, and every action now adds real weight toward full ownership. Your confidence at the helm is matched by your impact within the FARO SAILING community.

A Yacht That Feels Like Yours
​

During this year, ON-TARGET Affiliates may be reassigned to a new or upgraded fleet yacht — still dedicated to their CREW, still fully accessible. You continue to sail regularly, now often with a full team of members you've brought into the LIFESTYLE.

This is also when Affiliates begin to naturally attract new members — sailing is now part of your identity, and people want to be part of it.

Your Target for Trimmer Tier
​
The goal in Year 4 is to complete your CREW by enrolling the final 3 Subscribers, reaching the full 15 active members required by the program.

By now, you’ve done the hard work. You’ve built a full CREW of 15, helped others join the lifestyle, and shaped your sailing identity. Now, as a Tactician, your role is to sustain, lead, and fine-tune your progress as you close in on full yacht ownership.

Sailing as a True Skipper

Throughout Year 5, ON-TARGET Affiliates continue enjoying their dedicated fleet yacht with their full CREW. FARO SAILING ensures your sailing life stays rich, fun, and consistent — while you maintain engagement and ensure all 15 Subscribers remain active.

This year is about stability, consistency, and maximizing your SHARE earnings by holding your full CREW together until the finish line.

Your Final Push to 135,000 SHARES

With 15 active Subscribers at the full commission potential:
